Due to the nature of our services and the proprietary tools provided to traders upon purchasing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IN CASE OF SOFTWARE TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION. We understand that trading resources can be expensive however, it is the sole responsibility of the user to be fully aware of these guidelines prior to purchasing our services or products.
If you are unable to run our software on your system you should rise a support ticket by sending e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our engineer will contact you and try to resolve the problem. If they are unable to do it then the refund will be authorised. Please note the product activation is performed manually and happens on NinjaTrader backend and may take up to 48 hours to propagate fully.
